The membership form has been updated to reflect the new 1300 609 221 number and we are encouraging electronic magazine subscriptions for those who don’t really need a printed copy.
The printed copy is expensive to produce and mail out.
We will continue to send out FREE printed magazines to our members as required.

VFFA Constitution 2018
The Constitution of the NSW Volunteers Firefighters Association has been reviewed in line with the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (draft reviews commencing in 2016) and was adopted on Saturday 10thFebruary 2018 at the Executive meeting held at the Cottage Point RFB station. The Constitution has been lodged and registered with Fair Trading NSW and is now in effect.

Business Case Report
This form can be used to justify travel, purchases, modification of a policy and for other business related matters.
It provides a written record of business, and allows for reflection and deliberation on the case being presented. If approved or otherwise, the president can follow up with an email explaining the decision.

VFFA Expense Acquittal Form
This form can be used to reconcile travel and purchases for VFFA credit cards or credit accounts.
It provides a record of expenses that must be approved by the VFFA President and reconciled by the VFFA Treasurer.

This form can be used to claim expenses incurred by members who use their own funds for approved VFFA purchases.
