Vicky Redman lost her house in the fires and was one of a number of RFS Volunteers interviewed on the ABC’s AM program yesterday.

Stephen Hillyer was another who spoke on the program about the after effects of the fires and the loss of volunteer’s homes.

NSW Rural Fire Service Inspector Ben Shepherd explained they had reached out to 2,000 members and that they knew of 70 volunteers who had lost their homes.
